First we will need some boot disks.
  Early install stages.
  Inside the box.
  Debian install.
  Debian install menu.
Dewi helps me with install via IRC.
Grrr, Error. None of the install FTPs I give it work.
  I have net access.
After some problems, I decide to check out Vetch (right).
Inside Vetch. (CPU fan was not working)
Rope helps me see inside easier.
When it comes to removing dust, I go the full power.
Where Vetch used to live.
Crazy cables. Also, cable suspended again.
  No cable, No server, No fun ];
After giving up on Debian, Loki talks me into OpenBSD
And helps me install it via IRC.
  Early stages of install.
Some netcards to use.
  Netcard in.
I had many problems with getting a netcard working. I had 4 to play with and 3 didn't detect and 1 errored.
  The errors.
After finding a 6 port hub at work, dad brings it home along with some cables.
  Got 3 hubs now.
The 4 cards to choose from.
With 4 not working, I buy a new one (bottom). But alas, that fails too.
I check BIOS for the problem.
No cable = Modem = ewww.
I hate that little dialup icon.
Dewi comes to collect Vetch (he owned it) and has a quick look at fixing netcard problem.
Taking it to extremes, I reprogram the chip on the only card that detected. (10Mbps SMC ISA)
  IT WORKED! Ping flood ho!
I install OpenBSD via network from FTP server on my XP machine.
  Mmmmm, workage.
  I'm soo happy.... for now....
Loki helsp me setup the server.
Congrats! 'You've got BSD'.
  First boot.
  Got root?.... All seems good....
But alas, I then cannot get a 2nd card working, and thus, server is useless for routing. So I decide to see if I can buy a 200mhz cheap.
Dad brings home more cable from work. About 40m of it.
It had to be cut to get it through wall, but I didn't care, I was gunna cut it anyways to make 3 cables.
